The average company take-out premium has been 50-75% this year for the gold juniors in Canada. Congrats goes out to this management team for being the first and only company to sell their major asset and actually lose market value. I'm still waiting to hear from the many posters who were saying they prefered a sale of assets vs the sale of the company.
