On the subject of China, may I ask re patent protection - is anyone able to shed any light on how protected 2566 is against copies/generics? For example there is a lot of chatter about some countries who infringe and copy IP. Does this apply to drugs too? This is probably a naïve question, but should a government choose to make their own generic version of 2566, how easily done is that or is the specific formula say of 2566 a closely guarded secret?
