Yes I'll certainly be steering clear of companies that rely on outside entities as their CAPEX funding strategy, especially if those outside entities are Chinese. Your resource can be A1 but if you can't fund the CAPEX you are at the mercy of others. This is an important lesson I've learnt with SDL, and have changed my investment strategy to suit.
