I agree.
In the meantime, China is taking stakes in REE companies around the world; e.g. Northern Minerals (NTU), Orion (ORM), Globe (GBE)
The US still seems US-centric and is not investing in ROW. They seem to feel it a right to rely on others for what they need but do not assist in developing ROW resources
