So far this week we have seen 1200 tonnes go out of the Asian LME warehouses- much more than the dribs and drabs we have seen over the last 6 months.
At the same time Chinese stainless steel manufacturers say Pig Nickel is stopping demand and that they are reducing production in December and into early next year. Plus all sorts of tales of woe for nickel demand.
Has an upside turnaround in demand occurred and the Chinese are squealing in an attempt to hold prices down?
