I heard the interview on the ABC radio at around lunchtime it was repeated again later in the day, you may be able to find the transcript on their webpage. When I heard it first I caught the end of the interview and initially thought it was a 100% increase in terms of doubling of the tax. When I heard the whole interview I realise it is an increase BY 100% from 37% currently to 137% once the increase is implemented. Very significant since they have some of the worlds largest phosphate deposits.
