For some reason HZN did not issue a release today but its jv partners ROC and PSA did. Can anyone tell me what it means to run a casing? ROCs announcement read:
"Drilling Update: Wei-6-12W-1 Exploration Well, Block 22/12, Offshore China

Roc Oil (China) Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC, advises as at 0600 hours (local time) on 9 January 2008, the Premium "Murmanskaya" jack up drilling rig is preparing to run the 13-3/8 inch casing to a depth of 800 mBRT.
The Wei-6-12W-1 well is located approximately 2.5 kilometres northwest of the Wei 6‑12S-1 oil discovery."
