Anyone for a Canadian JV? I'd be in favor of it.

The article does seem to completely ignore the Canadian Non-Resident Ownership Policy for uranium mines which limits non-residents to a 49% ownership of a Canadian uranium mine (unless an exemption is granted).
EdF have security over 60% of the Michelin deposit as part of the prepaid sales agreement with Paladin. Maybe we could sell the other 40% to CNNC, that would take some weight off the balance sheet.
