if you recall i suggested sbnrs were going through a phase called denial, that phase is almost over the next phase will be demand for the chopping block of management, its all playing out just fine, one more major phase to come but keep in mind it dosnt always play out the way it should, there can always be an ann from left field or the powers that be might have something up there sleeve.
