SiYi would have a fair indication by now as to which way the MPS will go on this, so remember it is a very sensitive time. I wouldn't be too discouraged if they don't let you in because of this.
SBN would be well aware of jealous competitiors getting a peak inside and so long as you can prove who you are then you stand a better chance of getting a tour.
