I'm not saying there is nothing to see here, but the use of clearly and surely...Turn it up. I am neither clear nor sure about any aspect of what is going on, and if anyone is, they should let the auditors know. The information provided re Financial Management positions in China is interesting and worthy of note, but that is all. It doesn't even rate as speculation or conjecture. At this point in time it is drawing a line between two dots because they are the only two dots on the page.
