China's domestic prices for REEs are lower than its export prices, right? Therefore, its domestic manufacturers pay less and have an advantage over foreign consumers. Hasn't China said before that it will need to IMPORT REEs sometime in the future, so they will want foreign suppliers like Lynas to be around when that time comes.
Makes sense to me.
