The only LOL is the fact that you reckon multi-billion $ mining investments get turned on and off on a weekly basis depending on how things are looking. 2018 is yesterday in terms of the investments needed.
No western media conspiracy here, unless someone walks in, establishes some sort of garrison to protect their mining interests and is prepared to slaughter locals to defend it, it ain't going to happen.
