We have to consider that no longer will Toyota, VW, BMW etc. place their brand in association with the supply chain that involves China and the illegal Myanmar mining. Both the human rights issues and environmental catastrophe of the region is directly related to their rare Earth supply chain. This the importance of the block chain ‘look through’ being offered by ARU.
China May lift quotas, but will the the rest of the world accept their rhetoric?
