Oh deary me, Mr Myopic, Eyes Wide Shut, nasty too, I'm extremely proud of the relationships I've built over a number of years with key people at both those companies, and IF you bothered to look you would find each is a high achiever in their own right, and extremely genuine people.
Goodness you post some nonsense here, resource upgrade actually proved up material for 18yrs mine life, yet the processing upgrade (greater TREO in product, enhanced value) brought it back to 15yrs (no doubt that will flow right on over).
What you don't appear to grasp is they are producing a product, an extremely valuable 40% NdPr, 60% TREO product, for which they have found customers, prepared to contract for large specific volumes. You need to try and grasp the concept, doesn't matter if you are selling con, carb, oxides, or dunny seats, as long as you have a customer prepared to buy them at volume & pay a profitable price. If you bothered to do any research you should have noticed they have one of the smartest SX guys on the planet, greatest experience monazite, they will move quickly to oxides, when they have the customers, obviously you haven't realised the existing producer has all the major oxide customers stitched up ATM.
You really do need to get out and look around a bit, learn a little re RE industry, maybe start with MP, just selling simple concentrate to the Dragon, 2020 generally an ordinary year yet they realised US$46.6M EBITDA, not bad off $134M top line. You really shouldn't knock things where you very clearly have no comprehension whatsoever, you just look a dill.
