We continue to work on multiple other fronts. These include advancing NdPr offtake arrangements as well as continuing to engage with strategic partners for capital equipment procurement and project funding. The coming 12 months will indeed be decisive for the Company.

From 2019
In October 2018, the Company announced the signature of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JingCi Material Science Co. Ltd for the supply of NdPr oxide. ... The Company is in ongoing discussions with potential customers in China, South Korea, Japan and Europe for MoUs covering the balance of our planned NdPr output. We are confident of achieving significant progress towards binding offtake agreements.

From 2020
In parallel with funding discussions, the Company advanced its customer engagement and offtake negotiations with groups in Japan, Europe, South Korea and China.

From 2021
Arafura continues to advance its rare earth product offtake arrangements with parties in Japan, Europe, South Korea, the USA, and for our phosphoric acid product with parties in India.
