The HAS property really is in the middle of no where. There is no infrastructure to get to it.
The money needed to build the infrastructure would be massive. Correct me if I am wrong but it is in no mans land.
ARU on the other hand is right off the Stuart highway....right next to Aileron.
Big difference concerning initial costs of just logistics and planning.
