It was always insanity on their part - they are not interested in AGFrying scam - they are only interested in cleaner environment for their people. So, IF you are going to continue with coal-fired power (and they really have zero choice until a new source of unlimited cheap power emerges) - they need the cleanest coal - which we have in abundance!
