Camberlo just to help you out I have discussed this issue in another post so I enclose those comments for your reference:

Last time Porter and Co had to push price up to 1.35c to get 1.3mil. My guess is that it will take 3c to 5c to get some serious movement of those investors out. Chinese will have to play and pay that kind of money to get numbers up, just my guess.

Those 35-40% have already written their investments off and it does not matter if this goes to s... or not. But will not be taken over for less than the range above. You are forgetting about the rules of the game its not that easy to steel company especially when you are listed on ASX".
