    My guess (and it's only that) is that they couldn't find anyone willing to pay near the 17c for a placement. SPP's (and placements) act as a dampener to share prices (have a look at GBG for example, now trading well below SPP price). Don't know where this one is headed but intend to sell if it breaks below 18c support
