There were subsequent buys, 5 of them, and an overall average of 82 cents so the return is no better than an old style fixed term deposit accompanied by a lot of hand wringing at not selling when the SP was at $2.30 or even $1.70 or thereabouts. I develop an unhealthy attachment to stocks. If I was a ship's captain, I would ride the vessel to the bottom every time it sank. Buying is not my problem but selling is almost always a poorly timed affair. Very few are mounting a convincing defence of this company anymore and the longer I hold the further the SP falls. However, the SP will probably sink again on open particularly given the unlikelihood of a detailed response from management by 10 am Monday morning.
