I would expect this was exactly what the TH was called for. Probably an excellent partner for the China territories for TLX, given the experience and commitment to radiopharmaceuticals with Sirtex.
The question remains as to the price (we could guess from the number released). I expect a premium, but not too much. Should take the stock to $2+ IMHO.
