Enter a repayment plan using the profits from the mining - which, you know own 100%
Use the 10 trillion to set Oz up for the future in ultra high tech, along the way - raise pensions, lower the pension age, (both increasing internal economy), begin free education and improve all services and add services for Aussies
it's a win win
might be a sneaky trick - but, no more than America has pulled over the last century
