    Also, considering how keen China is to get their hands on potentially very lucrative oil reserves in Congo-Brazzaville. They will be very cautious not to ruin this t/o imo.

    They are destined to mobilise to Congo one way or the other and they need to keep government officials happy. Their bilateral trade ballooning from $290 m in 2002 to $5bn in 2012 is not to be taken lightly.
