Read this piece in today's Terror. Found it interesting his use of 'hostage' when earlier this year he was stating IO is Australia's nuclear weapon defence againsr China's trade sanctions.
He argued even a 10% reduction in supply, due to Chinese style excuses like weather/contamination etc, would be devastating to China. It would also result in increasing the IO price as Japan, Korea, etc scrambled to secure supply.
Whatever, bottom line is China currently is completely reliant on Australian IO so maybe they are the ones being held hostage.
