Huge companies don't make 3 takeover offers for a smaller company and then try a 'voluntary fusion situation' with it. They want it all for peanuts.

What I feel we have here is a very messy situation, but can quickly and easily be sorted out by Todd et al. They may think that the ball is in their court, but they need to realize that this court is shared by three parties and all the parties want their big payday. I believe no one is budging till that happens. I'm certainly not.

Keep trying to serve the aces at us Todd et al., we are just getting better at returning the shots. The score stands at 40/40 (deuce). It's anyone's game at this stage.
