I think a class action would not serve the project purpose. What are we minor holders trying to achieve? Easy...fair value for what we OWN. Class action will only delay the process as Todd will ably draw the process out. Remember a class action at this time may only be a case against poor communication. The Board has not directly sold the IO. We hope! Seems Todd might have but the IO is not their's.

I reckon we should watch this thing closely (we are not?) and if need be at an appropriate time obtain an injunction should the Board act illegally. I believe but am possibly wrong an injunction can be got quickly and equally important can be dropped quickly. Much legally simpler?

I am about as qualified to comment on legal matters as is a hamburger cook so the above is my thoughts only.
