Genorah are not going to sell out.They would prob not mind though if they got another jv partner rather than a bunch of aust s/h.At some point minority interests in nkp will be taken out. Whether its Genorah,Xstrata or a third party it will happen if project is a goer.By then they wont want us or need us....it will be a matter of price.There are some large Aust s/h who have held for a long time so a premium will be needed.

If a Chinese co took out the minority interests what a great way to jv with Xstrata
