if we want to keep oz resources in our hands then private and institutional investors need to hold onto and then create good pricing conditions on those same companies so instead of selling OZL-FMG and RIO hold those shares and buy as many more as u can.
As far as the rail network, that is a good idea as long as free market competitive conditions prevail
