    I agree. Its not just the rail network but the overall logistics network. The storage, ports, materials handling industries aswell. Our mining companies can also do 'marketing' agreements with Chinese trading companies. These marketing agreements in return for capital, can leverage the chinese position in the market. Its already happening.
