    Hi Kip,
    I had a good chat with JP last week. Covered a lot of ground re where BUL is positioned vis a vis elections, Shell/Arrow , Electricity etc etc. There is a lot going on in the background and I got the feeling that things will change for the better within the next 3 months. ....but I was surprised by this strange notice.

    We will see what happens next week. Blue has the molecules and Australia is short of them.
