You are confusing two things: valuation and prediction of future share price (price targets).
The valuation in the report is their result for the NPV - that is net PRESENT value: what they think Alk is worth right now.
Another question is when Mr. Market will agree with that valuation. That will necessitate, imO, a serious deal on the financing front: either a loan of a few hundred millions by ECAs or the long discussed sell-off of 10-20% of the DZP for 100-200 mio to a strategic partner.
Other positive news can bring us back towards maybe 1,10 (the level of the last CR, years ago), but for us to go higher, we need to be on a good way to solve the financing question.
