I appreciate your response mtm100. So much psychology in the share market with share prices of various companies above NPV and others below NPV. I wish I had Warren Buffett's grasp of the real "value" of a company. I thought the market was supposed to be an efficient market?
Let's hope the NSW politicians agree with your perception that approval would be viewed by voters as a major positive. In that case, I would think a timely approval will be much more likely.
