Personally, I think we should have some movement sooner:
With only minimal problems raised by the PAC, if I were the minister I'd do anything I can to announce the go ahead for DZP (JOBS!!) before the elections. Damn the details and viva the votes ...
Even before the final environmental permit, we should have some positive news-flow:
-- current gold drilling campaign
-- improved REE recoveries at pilot plant level to confirm lab improvements
-- maybe: Hafnium circuit tested at pilot plant
-- FEED results end March/early April
