When the DFS comes out and decision to mine is made then it will open the door for fund managers to seriously include a company like PEN in mainstream portfolios. We're still at the spec/explorer stage and as such most mainstream funds won't touch PEN with a 10ft barge poll. But we are on the allords list and with a positive DFS setting PEN on the final course to production then and only then will the brakes come off on market fund managers buying up PEN stock. I think most analysts know that mine permits are a given for PEN it is now up to the number crunchers to show in writting how profitable this operation will be.Open the gates and let the world see the next major Uranium producer.
