Agree Roy123, and so does Frank Furedi on Page 8 of the Inquirer (Weekend Australian)who analyses the politics behind the German announcement this week. Quite by chance it seems, his analyses virtually mirrors that of my fellow PENners in their variety of treatises posted on HC this week on this subject. I think we are, as a group, pretty well ahead of the game.
