    We should be getting an announcement shortly re the HOA entered into with Xingjiang Tuogum Colloidal Clay Co. The HOA requires HRS to complete its due diligence by 31 March 2008 with the intent of determining the commercial viability of investing in a joint venture company with XTC to facilitate the construction and operation of a manufacturing plant associated with hectorite & bentonite -two unique minerals. The only other known deposit of hectorite in the world is in California
