Don't believe the analysts about an infant formula market contraction. The market is growing strongly and the premium section of the market is growing at 16.9% per annum. Premium and ultra premium are now more than 50% of the IF market in China. More than 50% of a2's sales are in the premium and ultra premium segment. With the further roll out of Chinese stores and a new recipe they are looking very very good for strong growth in China.
