Looked at and rejected STO any number of times in the past - why am I looking again now? - it's cheap - just like HZN WPL and BHP etc... were - they are cheaper now than when I bought though. By definition we are closer to any bottom than before and oil price doesn't stay in one spot for long. Question is will STO survive intact to see the recovery when it comes? Haven't done much research on it, but I'm not so sure whether it will. Seems like CR, asset sale or worse. Lots of nothing is nothing.
