    Agree. If u read previous NDRC announcements they want to invest in long life assets overseas to firstly generate less volatile income streams, but also implied to relieve pressure on the yuan. They need to deploy capital offshore. Would be nice fit for port n rail investment in wa We need to be realistic on price tho. Those heady days are gone.
