Stompa in my opinion the China story is simply smoke and mirrors designed to take peoples minds of the real issue here. China are already heavily involved in the Midwest and possible Oakajee via Sino Steel and Ansteal (Karara), as such why would they want to talk to PDY, especially when you consider the reputation of PDY after recent events. The PDY IP is years out of date and they paid $2m for it so its probably worth a fraction of this now (if anything) As I am not a PDY shareholder my interest in all of this is the potential for reputational damage to other Australian explorers and trust in disclosure in ASX announcements.
