Sorry but China keeps on burning more coal. Its fact.
They keep breaking year on year records for coal burnt.
Sure there is a smaller % of the total power from coal but because the act cal amount of power produced keeps escalating the amount of coal burned keeps rising! its simple maths.
Why on earth do they need all those coal plants if wind and solar can happily do the job?
Clearly China knows it needs base load sources for energy security but somehow we think we don't???????
