well actually.......
there are a lot of benefits like superannuation that companies have to pay and then where does peoples superannuation money go? Into the stockmarket - and then where does that wealth get transferred to? There is a huge transfer of wealth being stripped from the stockmarket and it is due to the manipulation of stock prices and the short selling rorting that goes on unchecked.
