I'd sooner see them hold on to the money than pay it out, because if they find anything substantial at the likes of 'Thunderball' or the Frank prospect(copper) they don't want to hold back further drilling because lack of cash and also that money doesn't mean they'll have to issue more shares to raise extra capital for sometime.
That money gives THX the chance to do some real serious drilling....which further down the road a S/P worth having.
