China leaves soft commodities import quotas unchanged for 2009
Beijing. October 14. INTERFAX-CHINA - China will not change the quotas it sets for the import of major soft commodities in 2009 from this year's levels, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced on Oct. 13.
