Thanks Morley. We will probably never get to the bottom of the Mackay/Saddington stuff. There are too many unknowns (and unknown unknowns) and it is probably not wise to speculate any further than I have done.

I think the other key player in this whole debacle is the ASX. Clearly NBS's company monitor has been asleep at the wheel for many months.

IMO, trading in NBS has reeked of a false market since June. Its as if listing rule 3.1 doesn't apply to NBS.
