    1. Is there a "national gas tank project"? If you can find evidence outside of TPID/Nexbis, then it would be good to see it. Presumably, TPID technology is for marking the LPG cylinders (not sure why TPID said LNG tanks - this is clearly nonsense as LNG isn't sold in consumer containers). Anyway, presumably Nexbis technology is for some kind of consumer card for LPG users. Whether for safety reasons or security reasons - the reasons appear to alternate. Might be the equivalent of a discount card/loyalty card. The SGS (Netherlands) analysts seemed to think it was for gas-meter cards - an entirely different beast and equivalent to a pre-paid meter card. Might be just the Shenzen cowboys having a good laugh.

    2. CITP Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd is registered on the Hong Kong register. It's name was changed in February from AQSIQ Special Equipment Ltd. A few months earlier when it was incorporated, it was called "Mutual Sino". It is not clear if it has any relationship to the government body, "AQSIQ" - although this body is a consumer protection organisation and doesn't appear to have a consumer monitoring mandate.

    3. China has competing technologies to Nexbis - they have their own 2d barcode technologies (grid matrix and compact matrix). Since Nexbis technology appears to be unpatentable (according to USPTO non-final rejection), I would say there is little reason for China to license it unless it is sufficiently well protected by know-how and secrecy.

    4. When a share price is going up, none of this matters.

Dykes and Young are the least of the sellers.
