Insider trading is rampant across any capitalist nation. The ASX is as effective as a lone sniffer dog in a music festival.
There really only seems to be one (maybe two) big players manipulating the market depth at the moment. I would be 100% sure one of those parties is BCC. That said, I do not think that the board would be cooperating with them to enable them to buy up more as it really does not serve in their best interests. They would rather BCC compete against other buyers to push the SP up higher - the longer we stay in limbo the less shares BCC will need to buy.
