Yes there are delays, and I'm certain that the mtc board are not waiting for BCC to buy their 5% before publishing results. They don't seem like fools to me, and neither do I suspect BCC to employ people who would be foolish enough to committ blatant insider trading, and advertise it openly, because, as you say, insider trading is rampant in capitalist countries. They have a much wider employment pool to choose from than that.
