Not much affect in the short term. If beef from there can't be sold to China it'll be switched to the local market or another one. Cheap beef at the supermarket next week perhaps!
Part of doing business in China these days unfortunately. The list of countries with a black mark against them for some reason or another is long and getting longer all the time.
